Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the product operations of the department, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.
2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and the current product status, drive the optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs, and oversee the implementation of relevant online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, gain insights into competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, demonstrates a sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure, and is capable of independently completing projects.
2. Possesses insightful thinking, independent analytical skills, as well as strong capabilities in learning, innovation, and effective communication.
3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems.
4. Proficient in PRD development and prototype design; preference given to candidates with banking industry experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning platforms.
5. Possess stress resistance, strong execution capabilities, and a robust ability to learn.
