1. Shipment arrangements: For international shipments, suppliers may be requested to arrange delivery of goods to Hong Kong, or our company can directly provide door-to-door transportation services from the overseas location to Hong Kong.

2. Declaration. Once the goods are loaded onto the vehicle in Hong Kong, procedures such as declaration, inspection, and tax payment to the customs at the port of entry will immediately commence.

3. Upon arrival. Once the goods have completed all customs clearance procedures and reached our Shenzhen warehouse, please notify the customer to inspect the goods and proceed with payment.

4. Delivery. After our company receives the shipping fee from the customer, we will arrange for domestic logistics or courier services to deliver the goods to the location specified by the customer.

Any costs incurred for safely transporting the goods from Shenzhen to other cities within China will be billed based on actual expenses.

2. The weight of goods imported from Hong Kong shall be determined based on the actual weighed weight. Our company reserves the right to open and inspect the cargo before customs declaration, ensuring the accuracy of the packing details and facilitating a swift customs clearance process.

3. Customers must provide accurate declarations. If discrepancies in the customer's declaration result in cargo detention, all resulting liabilities shall be borne solely by the customer; our company assumes no responsibility in this regard.
